The hang point tears

The page bows off the wall

A coil sized wrong for the sheet count and stock weight makes pages curl away and shadow their own grid.

It looks cheap from the doorway, which is where it is judged.

The grid rejects a pen

Coating decides whether ink keys in or beads on top.

The fix is an uncoated or matte-coated grid half — and a proof somebody actually wrote on.
