Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Wall calendars are produced with the hanging arrangement specified before decoration: twin-loop wire-o bindings are supplied with a formed hanging hook integral to the binding and with coil diameter specified against sheet count and stock weight so that pages lie flat against the wall, and saddle-stitched constructions are supplied with a reinforced hang point rather than an unreinforced punched aperture, with sheet count and stock weight capped to the load the folded spine can carry; the calendar grid area is specified on uncoated or matte-coated stock selected for ballpoint and pencil legibility and is proofed by writing on production proofs, and high-gloss coated stocks are advised against for grid areas; date figure sizes, weekday contrast and rule weights are specified against the stated viewing distance for the location in which the calendar will hang; date numbers, weekday designations, month names, years and customer-supplied dates including term dates, closures, service intervals and local holidays are treated as required design content, while prices and currency symbols are never printed; multi-version programmes are produced from a single held template with per-version headers, contact details and local dates applied as data, and templates are retained on file so that subsequent years require date revision only; and delivery scheduling is quoted backwards from the date the calendar must be hanging, with orders that cannot achieve a stated hanging date declined or rescheduled rather than accepted.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
